摘要
随着我国经济的快速增长,水路运输尤其是内河运输备受重视。西江是我国南方最大的天然河流,地位仅次于长江。西江干线目前还未有航段正式实施船舶定线制,这已成为制约西江航运发展的重要因素。借鉴长江定线制实施的成功经验,对西江干线实行船舶定线制进行探讨,以肇庆、云浮水域为例分析西江干线实行定线制的必要性和可行性;针对西江实际情况,对干线船舶定线制建设给出了合理的建议。西江干线船舶定线制的实施,对促进船舶航行安全、提高航行效率、保护水域环境将发挥积极的作用。
With the development of ('hina's economy, more attentions are paid to waterway transportation, especially inland water transport. Xijiang is the second longest natural river in China. So far, no fairway in Xijiang trunk wa ters has yet adopted the ship's routing system, which has been the maior factor to restrain the development of Xiiiang shipping. Drawing lessons from the successful practice of ship routing in the Yangtze River, this paper explores the feasibility and necessity of establishing a ship routing system in Xijiang trunk waters by taking Zhaoqing and Yunfu water areas as an example. Some rational suggestions are put forth about the construction of ship routing system in Xijiang trunk waters. The ship routing system is expected to play an active role in Xijiang in navigation safety, ship- ping efficiency and water environment.
