成都地区中小学生情绪问题的流行病学调查 被引量:4

Epidemiological investigation on emotion difficulties among elementary and middle school students in Chengdu

摘要 目的进行成都地区中小学生人群情绪问题存在现状的流行病学调查。方法利用长处和困难问卷(Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire,SDQ)采用按比例分配分层随机抽样,从成都市5个区抽取20所学校97个班级的小学、初中及高中学生。家长和教师为6~17岁的入组学生每人各填写一份SDQ的家长版和教师版,≥11岁(高龄组)的入组学生自己填写SDQ学生版。抽取其中涉及情绪问题的条目进行分析。结果高龄组在教师版(Z=-5.72,P=0.000)分值高于低龄组(〈11岁)。女生得分高于男生的有:父母版(t=-2.96,P=0.003)、教师版(Z=-3.21,P=0.001)、学生版(t=-4.19,P=0.000)。家长版、学生版及教师版分别以5、5、6分为划界分,家长、学生、教师分别评估出有8.2%、8.3%及8.5%的学生存在情绪问题。结论成都地区中小学生人群情绪问题在不同性别及年龄学生中的发生率不同,女生及高龄组具有更多情绪问题,家长、学生、教师分别认为成都地区有8.2%、8.3%及8.5%的学生存在情绪问题。 Objective To explore the prevalence of emotion difficulties among elementary and middle school students in Chengdu, China. Methods A Chinese version of the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire with impact supplement was administered to the parents and teachers of students from 20 elementary and middle schools (total 97 classes)of Chengdu aged between 6 and 17 years old, and to those young people aged between 11 and 17 years. A mixture of strtified cluster,random sampling and stratification was used to involve in children from all 5 administrative districts in Chengdu. Items on emotional difficulties were analyzed. Results Scores of students just or older than 11 year-old given by teachers were higher than that of students younger than 11 year-old (Z =- 5. 72,P = 0.000). Scores of girls given by parents (t =- 2.96, P = 0. 003), teachers (Z =- 3.21 ,P= 0. 001) and students (t = - 4.19,P = 0. 000) were higher than that of boys. Approximately 8.2% of all students had difficulties in emotions as indicated by their parents,and that indicated by themselves and teachers were 8.3% and 8.5 %(5,5,6 score as cutpoint respectively). Conclusions The prevalence of emotion difficulties among elementary and middle school students in Chengdu is different in different gender and age. Girls and older students tend to have more emotion difficulties. Approximately 8.2% of all students had difficulties in emotions as indicated by their parents, and that indicated by themselves and teachers were 8.3% and 8. 5%.
