两种尼莫地平输液理化性质的比较

The test for comparing two kinds of nimodipine infusion's chemistry and physical properties

目的 :比较两种尼莫地平 (NM)输液的理化性质 ,为国产新药的开发和推广使用提供科学的数据。方法 :采用HPLC法测定含量 ,用显微镜观察微粒。结果 :两种NM输液原液理化性质无明显差异。在与氯化钠注射液 (NS)和 5 %葡萄糖注射液(GS)配伍时 ,其混合后的微粒及NM的含量有一定的差异。结论 :国产NM输液的理化性质与国外同类产品基本相同 ,在与其它输液配伍时 ,国产输液微粒少 。

OBJECTIVE:The chemical and physical properties were compared between two kinds of nimodipine(NM) infusions for promoting the use of domestic new medicine.METHODS:The content of NM infusion was measured by HPLC and the microparticles were observed by microscope.RESULTS:The chemistry and physical properties have no obvious difference between the two kinds of NM infusions but have some difference after mixing separately with NS or GS.CONCLUSIONS:The quality of the domestic NM infusion is up to the standard of NM infusion imported.But the domestic NM infusion has less microparticles and higher content after mixing with other infusions.
