Association of the new susceptible genes with late onset Alzheimer＇s disease
摘要
晚发型阿尔茨海默病（AD）的遗传学研究发现，除了载脂蛋白E基因变异外，新的遗传决定簇聚集素、磷脂酰肌醇结合网格蛋白组装蛋白基因、补体受体1基因、基因／蛋白-ALZAS是散发性AD遗传危险性相关的易感基因位点。本文重点探讨了聚集素的生物学特征以及作为AD发病、严重性和危险性的生物学标志物的可能性。
