摘要
目的 :建立可非糖浆的含量测定方法。方法 :采用系数倍率分光光度法 ,消除共存组分的干扰。结果 :被测两组分的吸收度差值与浓度均成良好线性 ,5个模拟样品的平均回收率和RSD分别为磷酸可待因 10 0 .4% ,3.0 % ;盐酸异丙嗪 10 0 .0 % ,0 .6 %。结论 :该方法简便准确 。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a good method for determination of two components in KeFei syrup.METHODS:The K ratio method was applied in this paper.RESULTS:The average recoveries and relative standard deviations of two components in five model simples were 100.4% , 3.0% for codeine phosphrate and 100.0% , 0.6% for promethazine hydrochloride separately.CONCLUSIONS:The method was accurate and simple,and it could be used for the quality control of KeFei syrup.
