摘要
采用岭回归分光光度法同时测定对乙酰氨基酚、对硝基酚、对氨基酚、对乙酰氨基酚乙酸酯、对硝基酚乙酸酯和醋酸等6个组分的含量,样品不经分离取得满意的结果。平均回收率分别为96.4%、99.5%、95.5%、106.1%、99.8%、95.8%,RSD分别为3.93%、8.12%、9.07%、0.98%、5.21%、7.96%。
Ridge regression spectrophotometry was employed for determination of six components (acetaminophen, p nitrophenol, p aminophenol, p acetaminophen acetic acid ester, p nitrophenol acetic acid ester,and acetic acid) in the course of synthesis of acetaminophen without any preseparation to obtain satisfactory results.The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 96.4%, 99.5%, 95.5%, 106.1%, 99.8%, 95.8% and 3.93%, 8.12%, 9.07%, 0.98%, 5,21%, 7.96%, respectively.
