临床分离菌对司帕沙星的敏感性研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用纸片法和琼脂平板稀释法测定了 196株临床分离菌对司帕沙星的敏感性 ,并同洛美沙星、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星和依诺沙星进行比较。纸片法结果显示 ,细菌对司帕沙星的敏感率最高 ,为 97.45 % ;其次是环丙沙星 (93.36 % ) ,氧氟沙星 (92 .85 % ) ,洛美沙星 (91.32 % ) ;对依诺沙星的敏感率最低 (84.6 9% )。革兰氏阳性菌对司帕沙星的敏感率略高于革兰氏阴性菌 ,分别为 10 0 %和 96 .6 8% (P>0 .0 5 )。金葡球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌对司帕沙星的敏感率分别为 10 0 %、94.12 %、95 .0 0 %和 88.89%。MIC测定结果表明 ,司帕沙星对所有细菌的 MIC均低于其它 4种抗菌药物。抑制 5 0 %和 90 %的金葡球菌所需的司帕沙星浓度为 0 .12 5和 2 mg/ L,是其它药物 1/ 4~ 1/ 16。对于肠杆菌科的细菌 ,司帕沙星的 MIC5 0 和 MIC90 在 0 .5和 4mg/ L 之间 ,是其它 4种药物 1/ 4~ 1/ 8倍。对于铜绿假单胞菌 ,司帕沙星的 MIC5 0 和 MIC90 与环丙沙星和依诺沙星相同 ,低于洛美沙星和氧氟沙星。对不动杆菌的体外抗菌活性优于其它 4种药物 4~ 8倍。所有 5种氟喹诺酮药物对沙门氏菌属和其它肠杆菌均显示非常好的体外抗菌活性。 MIC90 在 <0 .0 6~ 0 .5 mg/ L之间。以上说明 ,司帕沙星较洛美沙星、氧氟沙? The susceptibility to sparfloxacin in 196 strains of clinical isolates was measured by Kirby Bauer method and an agar dilution method, compared with lomefloxacin, ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin and enoxacin. From the result of Kirby Bauer method, the rate of susceptibility to sparfloxacin was the highest, 97.45%, followed by ciprofloxacin (93.36%) ofloxacin (92.85%), lomefloxacin (91.32%) and that to eno xacin is the lowest, 84.69%. Gram positive bacteria was more sensitive than gram negative isolates, the sensitive rate of the two kinds of bacteria were 100% and 96.68% ( P >0.05) respectively. The rate of sen sitivity to sparfloxacin in S.aureus, E.coli, P.aeruginosa and Acinetobacter were 100%, 94.12%, 95% and 88.89% respectively. The agar dilution method result showed that MIC for 50% and 90% of S.aureus was 0.125 and 2mg/L; for Enterobacteriaceas 4~6 fold lower than that of other four fluroquinolones; the MIC 50 and MIC 90 were between 0.5 and 4mg/L, 4~8 fold lower than those of other four fluroquinolones; for P.aeruginosa the MIC 50 and MIC 90 were 0.5 and 2mg/L, equal to those of ciprofloxacin and enoxacin, lower than those of lomefloxacin and ofloxacin. For Acinetobacter the MIC 50 and MIC 90 were 0.125 and 1mg/L, 4~8 times more active than the other fluroquinolones. Ninety percent of strains of Salmonellae were inhibited by less than 0.06mg/L, correspond to other fluroquinolones. The above findings showed that sparfloxacin is a broad spectrum of antimicrobial agents with excellent in vitro antibacterial activity.
