古人曾云"半部《论语》治天下",说明《论语》中有丰富的管理思想。其管理思想主要表现在,以"仁"为本的管理理念,以"礼"为用的管理形式,及以"和"为目的的管理境界。这是儒家的德政管理,也是其治理国家的基本主张。
The ancients said that ＂half of the Analects can rule the world＂, which means that this book has a wealth of management thoughts. The management thoughts include the ＂benevolence＂, as the nature of the management philosophy, the ＂courtesy＂, as the form of management, and the harmony, as the management spirit. This is not only the Confucian moral management, but also the essential thought for the state governance.
