摘要
目的观察过氧化氢蒸汽对生物安全实验室内表面、台面以及室内空气的灭菌效果。方法采用载体定性杀菌试验法,观察不同过氧化氢蒸汽发生剂量、作用时间、应用空间的灭菌效果。结果用BIOQUELL灭菌器将含量为346.5 g/L的过氧化氢溶液按12 ml/m3用量进行汽化熏蒸处理,作用60 min,对室内不同位置表面放置的染菌布片上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢均可达到完全杀灭。结论过氧化氢蒸汽对生物安全实验室表面熏蒸可以将污染在载体上的细菌芽孢达到完全杀灭。
Objective To observe the sterilization efficacy of hydrogen peroxide vapor on hard surface and air in biosafety laboratory. Methods Spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger was used as indicating microorganism, and the sterilization efficacy was observed in different hydrogen peroxide dosage, killing time, and space by carrier quality biocide test. Results BIOQUELL sterilizer continuously sprayed 346.5 g/L hydrogen peroxide vapor by 12 ml/m3 for 60 min, all of the carrier with B. subtilis var. niger spores which were put at different positions in the biosafety laboratory were killed completely. Conclusion Hydrogen peroxide vapor has very good sterilization efficacy on the biosafety laboratory.
