消毒液中乙醇含量测定方法研究

RESEARCH ON THE DETERMINATION METHOD OF ETHANOL CONTENT IN DISINFECTANT LIQUID

目的建立消毒液中乙醇含量测定方法,提高测定方法的灵敏度和准确性。方法通过建立内标法和外标法,检测消毒液中乙醇含量,并经方法学验证。结果用外标法检测,回收率为80.3%～90.1%,最低检测限为7.90 mg/L,精密度为1.23%。用内标法检测,回收率为95.1%～106.4%,最低检测限为1.41 mg/L,精密度为1.15%。结论内标法测定消毒液中乙醇含量比外标法更为灵敏、准确,重复性好。

Objective To establish a method for quantification of ethanol in the disinfectant liquid so as to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the content determination. Methods The internal standard method and external standard method for ethanol content determination in disinfectant liquid were established and were verified respectively. Results The recovery rate of external standard method was 80.3% - 90.1%. Its detection limit was 7.90 mg/L and the accuracy was 1. 23%. The recovery rate of internal standard method was 95.1% - 106.4%. Its detection limit was 1.41 mg/L and the accuracy was 1.15%. Conclusion The internal standard method is better than the external standard method for the quantification of ethanol in the disinfectant liquid.
