SURVEY ON THE NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION PREVALENCE RATE IN OUR HOSPITAL

目的了解医院感染率现状,找出存在的问题,提高医院感染管理水平。方法通过横断面调查方法,对住院病人医院感染率现状及管理情况进行了调查与分析。结果调查当日该医院共有住院患者523例,实际调查507例,实查率为96.94%。发生医院感染患者23例,医院感染现患率为4.53%。医院感染部位以呼吸道感染居首位,占56.51%。507例住院患者中有242例使用抗菌药物,使用率为47.73%;使用抗菌药物的患者标本送检率为28.51%,检出主要病原菌为铜绿假单胞菌和鲍曼不动杆菌。结论横断面的调查证明该医院住院患者医院感染发生率较低,抗菌药物使用率符合相关规定,标本送检率偏低。

Objective To know the status of nosocomial infection rate and to find out existence problem, so as to improve the management level of hospital infection. Methods Cross - sectional survey method was used to survey and analyze the infection status of inpatient and management status. The detection rate of samples with antibacterial drugs was 28.51%, the main pathogenic bacteria detected were Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter Bauman Conclusion The cross - sectional survey shows that the nosocomial infection rate of inpatients is low. The usage of antimicrobial drugs accords with the regulations, but the sample detection rate is low.
