汽轮机凝结水泵喘振、汽蚀原因分析及处理 被引量:1

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司发变电车间5号汽轮发电机组自安装投用以来,凝结水泵出口管线振动频繁(振幅超过50 mm)且汽蚀现象严重,对影响系统正常运行的原因进行分析,发现引起凝结水泵出口管线振动的原因是喘振产生的低频振动,机泵汽蚀的原因是泵入口管线阻力过大。就凝结水泵如何防喘振、防汽蚀提出了详细的解决方案,并对该机组凝结水系统进行改造,较好地解决了凝结水出口管线振动、汽蚀以及机组不能满负荷运行的问题,实现了机组安全、平稳运行。 Ever since the commissioning of No.5 steam turbine power generator in SINOPEC Luoyang Company,the outlet line of condensate water pump had vibrated frequently(amplitude over 5 mm) and suffered from serious cavitation.The analysis of abnormal operation found that the low-frequency vibration and excessive pressure resistance of pump inlet line were the root causes of surge and cavitation of inlet line respectively.The detailed effective solutions to surge and cavitation problems of condensate water pump were proposed and condensate water system of the steam turbine power generator train was revamped,which has solved the these problems of surge,cavitation and operation at a lower load.The safe and stable operation of steam turbine power generation train has been ensured.
