血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床分析

Clinical analysis of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of uremic pruritus

目的探讨血液透析（HD）联合血液灌流（HP）治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析采用HD联合HP治疗的96例尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者的临床资料。结果治疗前后皮肤瘙痒评分分别为（9.3±0．7）、（4．9±0．6）分，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗前血肌酐、尿素氮、甲状旁腺激素、B2微球蛋白分别为（712±148）μmol／L、（17．7±3．8）mmol／L、（47．1±12．4）ng／L、（27．4±5．6）μmol／L，治疗后分别为（324±84）μmol／L、（7．4±2．3）mmol／L、（15．6±5．1）ng／L、（11．1±212）μmol／L，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论HD联合HP可有效减轻患者皮肤瘙痒症状，适于临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hemodialysis （HD） combined with hemoperfusion （HP） in the treatment of uremic pruritus. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with uremic pruritus were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were treated with HD combined with HP. Results Pruritus score before and after treatment was （9.3 ± 0.7） scores and （4.9 ± 0.6） scores ,respectively. And there was statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. The erum creatinine,urea nitrogen, parathormone and β microglobulin before treatment were （712 ± 148） μmol/L, （17.7 ±3.8） mmol/L, （47.1 ± 12.4） ng/L, （27.4 ± 5.6）μmol/L, respectively, and after treatment they were （ 324 ± 84） μ mol/L, （7.4 ± 2.3 ） mmol/L, （ 15.6 ± 5.1 ） ng/L, （ 11.1 ± 2.2） μ mol/L,there were statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions HD combined with HP can effectively lighten the pruritus. It is worthy of clinical application.
