临床记忆量表在帕金森病患者中的效度分析

Validity of Clinical Memory Scale in Patients with Parkinson's Disease

目的对临床记忆量表在帕金森病患者中效度进行分析。方法对60例帕金森病患者进行临床记忆量表及MMSE测评。结果帕金森病患者临床记忆量表与MMSE显著相关(r=0.608,P<0.001)。无记忆障碍组临床记忆量表得分高于记忆障碍组(P<0.05)。结论临床记忆量表用于评价帕金森病患者的记忆损害其标准效度及区分效度较好。

Objective To analyze the validity of clinical memory scale in patients with Parkinson＇s disease（PD）.Methods 60 PD patients were assessed by clinical memory scale and Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE）.Results The scores of clinical memory scale significantly correlated with the scores of MMSE（r=0.608,P0.001）.The scores of clinical memory scale were higher in no-memory impairment group than in memory impairment group（P0.05）.Conclusion Clinical memory scale is good at evaluating the memory impairment of PD patients with good criteria validity and discriminating validity.
