Bedside Manual Respiratory Function Training for Patients with Cervical Spinal Cord Injury

分析颈椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者呼吸功能障碍的原因与表现。根据患者病情制定床旁呼吸功能训练方案,采用现代综合呼吸功能训练法,对患者早期实施床旁徒手呼吸功能训练,以改善颈髓损伤患者呼吸状况,预防和减少呼吸系统并发症,提高颈髓损伤患者的生存质量。

Based on the causes and manifestations of the respiratory dysfunction after cervical spine fracture,the condition of patients,bedside respiratory function training scheme was developed,to improve respiratory status,prevent and reduce respiratory complications and improve their quality of life of cervical spinal cord injury patients.
