植物纤维用发泡胶乳粘结剂性能的研究

摘要 研究了发泡天然胶乳的粘结性与回弹性。结果表明:经发泡后胶乳体积增加,当泡孔直径在50μm,泡孔平均密度在2×106个/cm3时,回弹性最好,但发泡后的胶乳纤维层间粘结力有所下降,通过添加松香增黏剂,其层间粘结显著提高,通过对胶乳改性改变胶乳的电荷也可达到相似的效果。 The bond strength and resilience properties of foaming natural latex are studied. The results indicate that the foaming latex shows a significant increase in volume. The better resilience property can be achieved when the foam diameter and average density of foam are 50nm and 2 × 10^6/cm^-3, respectively. However, the bond strength between foam latex and plant fibre is weakened. It can be improved by adding rosin tackifier or changing the charge of natural latex.
