结直肠恶性肿瘤手术部位与切口感染的469例调查与分析 被引量：10

摘要 手术部位感染（surgicalsiteinfections，SSIs）是外科患者术后最常见的院内死亡原因之一，在美国手术部位感染占医院感染的比例高达15％^[1]，增加了患者平均住院日和住院费用，并可影响患者的预后，目前已成为患者、医生、医院和医疗保险机构共同关注的问题。报道显示，结直肠手术的SSI发生率自5％-30％不等^[2]，
