摘要
提出适应性网络上具有潜伏期机制的SIS传染病传播模型,给出该模型的演化方程,研究模型中各参数对传播强度的影响、网络度在演化过程中的变化等问题,得出了在不同参数下迭代后模型中3类人群(易感个体、隐性感染者和显性感染者)数量演化的最终稳定值不同、在适应性网络中"断边重连"概率对传染阈值有明显影响、网络中节点的度在迭代之后出现近似幂律分布等结论.经过分析给出发生疫情时应对感染者采取隔离治疗的建议.
The SIS model for adaptive networks with an incubation mechanism was modified.The evolutionary equations were given;the epidemic spreading progress with different parameters was analyzed and changes in network degree in the evolution process was examined.It was concluded that the ultimate stable populations of three groups(susceptible,incubated and infected ones) were different with various parameters.Re-wiring probability has great influences on transmission threshold.The node degree of the network will present a possible power-law distribution after iterations.It is suggested that patients be separated if contagious diseases break out.
