长期昏迷患者高颈段脊髓电刺激促醒 被引量:5

摘要 1病例介绍 患者,男,21岁。主诉:脑创伤术后昏迷3个月。现病史:患者于3个月前,车祸伤及头部,送至"天津市第一中心医院"行头颅CT检查,显示:右侧颞枕叶脑挫裂伤,伴有蛛网膜下腔出血和脑室出血。2 h后患者由嗜睡转为昏迷,一侧瞳孔放大,再次行头颅cT检查,显示:右侧颞枕叶脑挫裂伤,伴有蛛网膜下腔出血和脑室出血、左侧额叶脑挫裂伤、脑疝(图1)。急诊行颅内血肿清除去骨瓣减压术。
