摘要
自2007年实行师范生免费教育政策开始,"免费师范生"作为一种特殊身份,倍受社会各界关注,褒贬不一,对于免费师范生角色认同的研究也各抒己见。如今,第一届免费师范毕业生已经走上工作岗位,对于免费师范生的角色认同又有了源于工作实践的诠释,基于此,本文对免费师范生角色认同的理论依据、理论内涵、理论层次、影响因素进行了研究和阐释,并提出强化免费师范生角色认同的两点建议。
Ever since the implementation of free-tuition normal education in China, “free-tuition normal students” as a special identity has drawn great attention. Approval or disapproval, scholars' research about it has produced different viewpoints. Now the first batch of them have ascended on the teaching platform, a new explanation about their identity should depart from their work experience. Based on this, this paper made a research about its theoretical basis, theoretical connotation, theory levels and influential factors, and put forward two suggestions about the strengthening of free-tuition normal students' role identity.
