摘要
基于教师专业成长的支持服务体系建构运用系统论、建构主义等理论,从课程建设、师资保障、管理服务、个性指导四个方面构建支撑平台,促进教师专业的有效可持续成长。
Based on the supporting service system of teachers' professional development, using constructivism teaching theory and system theory, this paper starts with the supporting platform of course construction, teacher guarantee, management service, and individual instruction so as to promote an effective and sustainable professional development of teachers.
