摘要
采用旋流分离工艺对高岭土配水、底泥配水以及溢流污水的处理效果进行了研究,结果表明,旋流分离工艺对污染物的去除效率随进口压力的增大而增加,进口压力的稳定性直接影响旋流分离器的处理效果。生产试验研究表明,压力式旋流分离工艺对初期溢流污水的CODCr、SS平均去除率分别可达35.2%和47.4%,有效削减了初期溢流污水中污染物的排放量。
The effect of hydrocyclone separation technology on kaolin solution,sediment water and overflow sewage treatment were studied respectively.The results showed that,the removal rates of pollutants increased with the increase of the inlet pressure,the stability of the inlet pressure could directly affect the separating effect of the hydrocyclone.The results of the productive test indicated that,using the said technology to treat the overflow sewage at the initial stage,the average removal rates of CODCr and SS reached 35.2% and 47.4% respectively,the discharge amount of pollutants was greatly reduced.
