摘要 对汽轮机冲动式双列复速级的功率分配特性进行了分析,通过计算比较了速比、喷嘴和叶片汽流角对功率分配特性的影响规律。实例计算结果表明,双列复速级中前后两级功率的分配很不均匀,第一级与第二级功率分配比可以达到5倍以上。功率分配比随复速级速比和喷嘴出口角增大而增大,而在喷嘴汽流角小角度时变化较慢。此外,各叶片汽流出口角对功率分配比改变的权重比例不同。对于带小反动度的冲动式复速级,可改善内部功率分配特性。 The characteristic of Wheel work distribution in the pulse Curtis stage in steam turbine is described in this paper. The effects of the speed ratio, angles of nozzle and blades to capacity distribution are analyzed comparatively. The results show that the wheel work distribution in two stages is extremely asymmetric ,that means the power of first stage is quintuple than that of second stage. The ratio of power increases with the speed ratio and outlet angle of nozzle,while the change rate is slow in small angle. It decreases with outlet angles of blades, while the proportion is different. A little reaction can improve the characteristic of power distribution in pulse Curtis stage.
