摘要
目的观察布地奈德雾化吸入对肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽症状的疗效。方法选择2009年1月至2011年6月住院期间确诊为支原体肺炎的92例患儿,随机分为两组,治疗组46例予静滴阿奇霉素基础上,联合布地奈德雾化吸入,对照组单用阿奇霉素静滴治疗,比较两组疗效。结果配合布地奈德雾化吸入组患儿咳嗽症状消失快,缓解率高,二者比较有显著意义。结论布地奈德雾化吸入辅助治疗支原体肺炎所引起的咳嗽症状有明显疗效。
Objective To observe the efficancy of pulmicore respules atomizing inhalation cough symptom for mycoplasma pneumonia children.Methods 92 children were divided randomLy into two groups,46 children in treatment group were given with azithromycin and pulmicore respules,the children in control group were only given with azithromycin,the efficancy of two groups was compared.Results The symptom of children in the treatment group disappeared earlier than that in the control group,the remission rate was highly.There was significantly different between two groups.Conclusion Pulmicore respules atomizing inhalation is effective for treating mycoplasm pneumonia.
