摘要
目的探讨血脂检测试剂对总胆法酸测定结果的影响及防范措施。方法彻底清洁、维护仪器后,首先检测TBA作为参考值,然后在分别检测TG,HDL-C和LDL-C后再检测TBA,作为影响值A;在设定项目间试剂交叉污染屏蔽功能后,再次分别检测TG,HDL-C和LDL-C后再检测TBA,作为影响值B。结果第一次试验:TC,TG,HDL-C和LDL-C影响值均显著大于TBA参考值(均P<0.01),偏差从大到小依次为:TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG。第二次试验:TC,TG,HDL-C和LDL-C影响值均大于TBA参考值,但均无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。结论可以考虑综合运用多种方法。首先,要熟悉待检试剂的生化,物理性质以及可能发生的反应;其次,尽量合理安排检测次序,并运用仪器软件的设置来减小污染。最后,仪器应定期维护和清洗。
Objective To investigate the lipid detection reagents on the total bile acid determination results by the impact and preventive measures.Methods After cleaning and maintenance of instruments,check the TBA concentration for detection of unknown samples,the results as a reference value.And then were check the TG and HDL-C and LDL-C after the detection of TBA,the results recorded as A.Set the project between the reagent crosscontamination shielding.And detection of TG,HDL-C and LDL-C,respectively,and then the concentration detection of TBA,the result is recorded as B.Results The first test: TC,TG and HDL-C and LDL-C affect the value significantly greater than the TBA reference value(P0.01).Deviation in decreasing order: TC HDL-C,LDL-C and TG.The second test: TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C affect the value is greater than the TBA reference value,but there was no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion You can consider using a variety of methods.First of all,familiar with the biochemical and physical properties of the reagents to be seized,and the reaction may occur;Second,try to make reasonable arrangements detection order,and use the settings of the instrument software to reduce pollution.Finally,the instrument should be regular maintenance and cleaning.
