根管治疗术一次法治疗隐裂牙的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Root Canal Therapy Time Treatment of Cracked Teeth

目的讨论根管治疗术一次法治疗隐裂牙的临床疗效。方法本实验回顾分析在2010年1月至2010年10月份在我院口腔科进行治疗的隐裂牙患者50例的临床资料,对62颗隐裂牙行调颌、环扎固定、一次性根管充填、全冠修复等措施,后进行统计及观察比较患者的临床治疗效果情况。结果经过6～12个月随诊观察统计,治疗成功者占75.8%,好转者占19.4%,无效者占4.8%,治疗总有效率为95.2%。P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论一次性根管充填治疗隐裂牙是有效的、可靠的治疗方法。同时患者术后恢复情况也令患者比较满意,在适应证选择正确、规范操作的前提下,建议该方法在隐裂牙患者中广泛推广和使用。

Objective Discussion of one-visit root canal therapy treatment of cracked teeth clinical curative effect.Methods The experiment analyzed retrospectively about the clinical data of 50 patients with cracked teeth who were cured in our hospital from 2010 January to 2010 October.On 62 cracked teeth adjustable jaw,cerclage fixation,one-time root canal filling,full crown restoration measures,and statistics and observation of clinical therapeutic effect of patients.Results Through the follow-up observation statistics about 6 to 12 months,successful treatment for 75.8%,improvement for 19.4%,invalid for 4.8%,the total effective rate was 95.2%.P0.05,which was different significantly.Conclusion One-visit root canal therapy treatment of cracked teeth is effective and reliable.At the same time the patients were very satisfied with the recovery after treatment.Selection of the indications,under the premise of correct operation,this method is recommended to promote and use in patients with cracked teeth.
