高血压患者的顽固性治疗与诊断分析

Analysis of Treatment and Diagnosis of Hypertension in Patients with Refractory

目的对顽固性高血压病的诊断及质量方式进行分析探讨。方法收集我院2001年3月至2012年2月诊治的RH患者7例,对其诊断及治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果 5例患者被延误诊断,仅有2例患者得到了较为及时的诊断。结论引发顽固性高血压的原因众多,误诊率偏高。因此,在诊断和治疗顽固性高血压患者的过程中,对引发继发性高血压的因素加以筛查及去除,此外,更为关键的是关注合理用药,从而提高顽固性高血压的诊断及治疗质量。

Objective Analysis and discussion on the diagnosis of refractory hypertension and quality.Methods The diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from March 2001 to February 2012 RH patients,seven cases,its diagnosis and treatment were analyzed retrospectively.Results Five patients were delays in diagnosis,only two cases of patients receive more timely diagnosis.Conclusion The many reasons lead to resistant hypertension,the high rate of misdiagnosis.Therefore,in the process of diagnosis and treatment of patients with resistant hypertension,the factors that lead to secondary hypertension be screened and removal,in addition,the key is to focus on the rational use of drugs,thereby improving the diagnosis of refractory hypertension and quality of treatment.
