托吡酯治疗三叉神经痛的系统评价

System Evaluation of Topiramate in the Treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的系统评价托吡酯和卡马西平治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法计算机检索PubMed数据库,中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)等数据库,全面搜集托吡酯治疗三叉神经痛的随机对照试验,2位研究员独立提取资料,应用Jadad量表进行文献的质量评估,运用Revman5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入7项符合纳入标准的随机对照试验包括353例患者,均以中文发表,文献质量均不高。经Meta分析显示各研究间无异质性,故采用固定效应模型合并分析,托吡酯在治疗三叉神经痛改善其症状方面优于对照组卡马西平且不良反应较少。结论托吡酯治疗三叉神经痛比卡马西平更安全有效。

Objective Systematic reviews of the clinical efficacy of topiramate and carbamazepine in the treatment system of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods Computer search for the comprehensive collection of contrastive random trials using topiramate in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia in PubMed database,chinese biomedical literature database（CBM） and china journal full-text database（CNKI） database.Two researchers independently extract data,assess the quality of the documents through Jadad scale,use Revman 5.0 software for Meta analysis.Results This thesis incorporates 7 contrastive random trials complying with a standard which include 353 patients.And it has been published in chinese,but the quality is not high.The study of Meta analysis showed no heterogeneity,so the fixed effect model and analysis has been adopted.Compared with carbamazepine the topiramate better in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia in improving the symptoms,and poisonous deputy reaction is less.Conclusion Topiramate in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia is safer and more effective than carbamazepine.
