摘要
目的研究超声引导下甲氨蝶呤的局部注射对输卵管间质部妊娠的临床疗效。方法对21例输卵管间质部妊娠患者进行阴道超声引导下局部注射甲氨蝶呤,对并发症及疗效进行分析。结果 21例患者全部治愈,无明显并发症及不良反应。结论超声引导下甲氨蝶呤的局部注射对输卵管间质部妊娠具有良好的疗效。
Objective To study effect of methotrexate local injection to interstitial tubal pregnancy guided by ultrasound.Methods 21 cases of interstitial tubal pregnancy patients local injection methotrexate guided by ultrasound,and sum up the effect and complications.Result 21 patients all cured,and no obvious complications and side effects.Conclusion That is a good curative effect methotrexate local injection to interstitial tubal pregnancy guided by ultrasound.
