摘要
目的探讨支气管哮喘患儿血浆及诱导痰液白细胞介素5(IL-5)、嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)表达水平及其临床意义。方法采用特异性放射免疫分析法及酶联免疫法检测36例哮喘患儿急性期外周血浆及诱导痰IL-5、ECP、TNF-α、IL-8表达水平,并以26例正常儿童作对照。结果①哮喘患儿急性期外周血浆IL-5、ECP、TNF-α、IL-8水平高于对照组(P<0.05);②哮喘患儿急性期诱导痰液IL-5、ECP、TNF-α、IL-8水平高于对照组(P<0.01);③哮喘患儿急性期诱导痰液IL-5、ECP、TNF-α、IL-8水平显著高于血浆中的浓度(P<0.01);④哮喘患儿急性期血浆及诱导痰液炎性标志物具有正相关性。结论①哮喘患儿血浆及诱导痰液IL-5、ECP、TNF-α、IL-8表达亢进,血浆及诱导痰液炎性标志物具有正相关性,且诱导痰炎性标志物较血浆表达更为亢进,可作为监测哮喘炎症的生化指标。
Objective Detect the levels of IL-5、ECP、TNF-αand IL-8 in the plasma and induced sputum of children with asthma to investigate their clinical significance.Methods Subjects were divided into normal control group and asthma group.Detect the levels of IL-5、ECP、TNF-αand IL-8 in the plasma and induced sputum by specific radioimmunoassay and ELISA.Results ① The levels of IL-5、ECP、TNF-α and IL-8 in the plasma of children with acute asthma were higher than control group(P0.05);②The levels of IL-5、ECP、TNF-α and IL-8 in the induced sputum of children with acute asthma were much higher than control group(P0.01);③The levels of IL-5、ECP、TNF-α and IL-8 in the induced sputum of children with acute asthma were much higher than in the plasma of children with acute asthma(P0.01);④the inflammatory markers in the plasma of children with acute asthma were positively correlated with in the induced sputum.Conclusion The expression of IL-5、ECP、TNF-α and IL-8 in the plasma and induced sputum of children with asthma was hyperthyroidism.And the inflammatory markers in the plasma were positively correlated with in the induced sputum,which can be used as a biochemical marker to monitor the inflammation of asthma.
