外伤性脑积水行脑室-腹腔分流的临床护理

Clinical Care of Traumatic Hydrocephalus Ventriculo-Peritoneal Shunt

目的对外伤性脑积水患者行脑室-腹腔分流手术,即V-P分流手术前后的临床护理方法进行分析和总结。方法对2010至2011年间于我院就诊的20例外伤性脑积水患者进行脑室-腹腔分流手术前后的护理工作资料及经验进行分析,从而总结出有效的护理方式。结果 20例患者在经过手术之前的指导与护理和手术之后的护理与观察,其中有10例患者智能得到改善;9例患者大小便能够自理;16例患者神经系统障碍得到改善;4例患者癫痫症状得到消除;8例患者手术后能够下地行走;1例患者出现术后并发分流管阻塞;手术后2例患者因心脏衰竭死亡。结论促进外伤性脑积水患者在脑室-腹腔分流手术后恢复速度的关键在于做好对患者的手术前后的指导和护理工作。

Objective To do patients with traumatic hydrocephalus room in celiac bypass surgery,namely V-P bypass surgery and clinical nursing methods are analyzed and summed up.Method 2010 to 2011 in our clinic of 20 cases of traumatic hydrocephalus line in patients with room abdominal bypass surgery and nursing material and experience is analyzed,and sums up the effective nursing mode.Results 20 patients after surgery the guidance and nursing and before after surgery care and observation,including 10 patients improved intelligence;9 patients can provide urine;16 patients nervous system obstacle improved;4 patients epilepsy symptoms get eliminated;8 patients after surgery to walk the earth;1 patients complicated bypass tube obstruction after an;Surgery 2 patients died of a heart failure;Conclusion To promote line in patients with traumatic hydrocephalus room abdominal bypass surgery speed recovery after the key is to do well to the patients before and after operation guidance and nursing work.
