35例经皮肾镜弹道碎石取石术的手术护理配合

35 Cases of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Lithotomy Lithotripsy with Surgical Care

目的探讨经皮肾镜弹道碎石取石术中有效的手术室护理配合方法。方法将71例需要采用经皮肾镜弹道碎石取石术的患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,实验组患者给予我院规范的手术室护理干预措施,比较两组患者手术时间、取石率、住院时间和术中并发症的发生率。结果实验组35例患者,34例取石成功,平均手术时间为(86.59±9.58)min,术中无并发症发生,平均住院时间为(9.34±1.03)d。各指标均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论规范的手术室护理干预措施有助于促进经皮肾镜弹道碎石取石术患者早日康复,符合护理需求。

Objective To evaluate percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy lithotripsy room nursing with a valid method.Methods The 71 cases were treated by percutaneous nephrolithotomy need lithotripsy stone surgery were randomly divided into two groups,control group patients received routine care intervention,the experimental group were treated with I standard hospital operating room nursing interventions,two groups were compared operative time,stone rates,length of stay and the incidence of intraoperative complications.Results The group of 35 patients,34 stone successful,the average operative time was（86.59 ± 9.58） min,no intraoperative complications,average length of stay（9.34 ± 1.03） days.The indicators are better than the control group,P0.05.Conclusion Standard operating room nursing interventions contribute to percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy lithotripsy in patients with early recovery,in line with care needs.
