高压氧治疗脊髓损伤的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高压氧(Hyperbaric Oxygen)治疗脊髓损伤的疗效观察。方法回顾性研究我院骨科自2001年12月至2009年12月收治的脊髓损伤患者,有效回访到128例患者资料,伤后2周内均行减压、脊柱内固定术,按不同的治疗方法分为NHBO组60例和HBO治疗组68例,HBO组在常规治疗的基础上配合HBO治疗。结果 HBO组临床疗效优于NHBO组(P<0.05)。结论高压氧综合治疗脊髓损伤后可有效促进脊髓功能恢复,降低致残率,明显提高疗效。
