摘要 以雄性3月龄大鼠为实验对象,随机分为安静对照组(WK-R),运动前即刻宰杀组(WK-B),运动后即刻宰杀组(WK-A)和运动后3小时宰杀组(WK-3H),采用恒定负荷跑台运动方式,运动时间分为一次性运动和4周有氧耐力运动。结果:(1)一次急性运动后即刻组大鼠与安静对照组相比,WK-B组血清IL-1水平显著升高(P<0.01),而WK-3H组IL-1的水平虽有下降(P<0.05),但仍然高于WK-R组(P<0.05)。(2)4周恒定负荷有氧耐力运动,除第三周运动3小时宰杀组外,IL-1的水平在其他4周各组都呈现出"升-升-降"的趋势,在第三周有明显上升,第四周达到最高峰。 Three -month -old male rats are used as the subjects to be divided at random into the four groups of WK - B, WK - R, WK - A and WK - 3 H. Constant load running sets are used, with the exercise time divided into one - time exercise and 4 - week aerobic stamina exercise. The results show that: ( 1 ) after one acute exercise, by compar- ison between the rats in the immediate control groups and those of WK - R, the IL - 1 of serum of WK - B rises sharply (P 〈 0.01), while the IL-1 of WK-3H falls, but it is still higher than that ofWK-R (P 〈 0.05) ; (2) in the4 - week constant load aerobic stamina exercise, except for WK - 3 H in the third week, the LI - 1 level of the other groups shows the tendency of "rising - rising - falling" for the rest of the four weeks, rising sharply in the third week and reaching the peak in the fourth week.
