探讨C反应蛋白、血管内皮生长因子在缺血性结肠炎诊断中的价值

Exploration on value of combination detection of CRP and VEGF in the diagnosis of ischemic colitis

目的探讨血清中C反应蛋（3（CRP）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）水平对缺血性结肠炎（ischemiccolitis，IC）诊断的价值。方法通过检测59例IC患者及30例正常体检对照CRP、VEGF结果，比较分析两组检验结果的差异性。结果IC组患者组CRP、VEGF结果显著高于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）;一过型IC组与狭窄型IC组患者CRP、VEGF表达比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论综合分析CRP、VEGF结果有助于缺血性结肠炎分型和鉴别诊断。

Objective To explore the clinical value of CRP and VEGF in the diagnosis of ischemic colitis. Method The serum of CRP and VEGF in 59 patients with ischemic colitis and 30 healthy volunteers were tested and compared. Then the testing results of two groups were analyzed. Results CRP and VEGF levels of ischemic colitis patients group were significantly higher than those of the heahhy group （P〈 0.05）; CRP and VEGF levels of ischemic colitis patients group were compared with the narrow type of ischemic colitis group, the result was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of CRP and VEGF contributes to classification and differential diagnosis in ischemic colitis.
