Determination of Thallium in Geochemical Samples by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry with Polyurethane Foam Adsorption

摘要 样品用HNO3-HCIO4-HF湿法消解,通过聚氨酯泡塑吸附,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱测定地球化学样品中的铊。通过实验确定了仪器最佳操作条件,同时选用铼作为内标元素,有效地监控和校正仪器信号的长期漂移,降低了基体效应的干扰。方法线性范围为0~2μg/mL,检出限为0.003μg/g,精密度(RSD,n=11)为2.50%~4.98%。该方法通过国家一级标准物质的验证,结果准确、可靠。 Geological samples were digested by the mixed acid system of HNOz-HC104-HF. The T1 was adsorbed by polyurethane foam and determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS). Under the optimized operation conditions for ICP-MS, the effective monitoring and correction for the long-term drift of the instrument signal, and reduction of the interference of the matrix effect were obtained by using Re as an internal standard. The linear range was 0 - 2 μg/mL, the detection limit was 0. 003 μg/g, and precision RSD (n = 11 ) was 2.50% -4.98%. The method was validated by national standards, proving to be accurate and reliable.
