超声引导下微波消融联合乙醇注射治疗兔肝VX2瘤 被引量:1

Combined use of microwave ablation guided by ultrasonography and ethanol injection for treating rabbit hepatic VX2 xenografts

摘要 目的评估超声引导下微波消融联合乙醇注射治疗兔肝VX2瘤的可行性和安全性。方法 30只新西兰大白兔于肝脏上移植VX2瘤,2周后经超声造影确认肿瘤移植成功后,MW组(15只)和MP组(15只)分别接受超声引导下微波消融治疗和微波消融联合无水乙醇注射治疗。治疗结束后1周,将动物处死,取出肝脏观察消融范围。结果种植VX2瘤后2周,MW组和MP组分别有13只和14只兔子成瘤。两组兔子均耐受治疗,MP组消融范围明显大于MW组(P<0.01)。消融后大体标本显示,MP组形态欠规则。HE染色显示,两组病理组织无明显差异。结论微波消融联合乙醇注射治疗兔肝VX2瘤安全、有效。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of combined use of microwave ablation(MWA) guided by ultrasonography and ethanol injection for treating rabbit hepatic VX2 xenografts. Methods Thirty New Zealand rabbits were transplanted with VX2 neoplasma in the liver. Two weeks after successful transplantation confirmed by contrast enhanced sonography, group MW (15 rabbits) and group MP(15 rabbits) were received MWA and combination of MWA and ethanol injection, respectively. One week after therapy, all animals were sacrificed and the ablation area was examined by pathology. Results Two weeks after tumor implantation, 13 rabbits in group MW and 14 rabbits in group MP developed VX2 hepatoma. All animals were tolerated with therapy, and the ablation area in group MP was obviously larger than that in group MW(P〈0. 01). Autoldsy showed that the ablation area was irregular in group MP, and HE staining demonstrated that there was no significant difference of pathological tissues between two groups. Conclusion MWA combined with ethanol injection can significantly enlarge ablation area and is a safe and effective therapy.
