FHL2在人胆管癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and significance of FHL2 gene in human cholangiocarcinoma

目的探讨FHL2基因在上皮间质转化过程中的功能及其临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测35例胆管癌组织、10例正常胆管黏膜组织中FHL2蛋白的表达,分析其与相关临床病理因素的关系。结果 FHL2蛋白在胆管癌组织表达率为91.4%,显著高于正常胆管黏膜组织的10.0%(P<0.05);其阳性表达率随胆管癌的淋巴转移和周围组织浸润深度而增加(P<0.05)。结论 FHL2蛋白在胆管癌的高表达,在预示肿瘤的发展与侵袭方面有重要作用。

Objective To evaluate the expression and clinical significance of four and a half LIM protein 2（FHL2） gene in human cholangiocarcinoma. Methods The expression of FHL2 was detected in 35 cholangioearcinoma tissues （group A） and 10 normal mucosa samples （group C） by immunohistochemieal technique. The correlation between FHL2 expression and clinicopathological behavior was analysed. Results The expression rate of FHL2 was higher in group A than that in group C（91.4% vs. 10. 0%）（P〈0. 05）. The expression was increased as tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis occurred. Conclusion FHL2 is highly expressed in cholangiocarcinoma, which may be taken as an indicator for predicting the invasion and lymph node metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma.
