轻度认知功能障碍的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)是介于正常老化及痴呆之间的一种过渡状态。痴呆不仅严重影响老年人的生活质量,而且给家庭和社会带来沉重的负担,因此早期发现、积极干预治疗MCI对痴呆的防治至关重要。现对MCI流行病学、神经病理学、诊断技术及神经心理评估方面的研究进展做一综述。
