摘要
LED因其节能、环保、寿命长等特点,已渐渐被广泛应用于照明产业。为了兼顾LED照明的光效率与光束整形均匀化问题,人们开发了光扩散膜技术。本文概述了LED照明产业国内外市场最新的发展动态,光扩散膜的原理与制作工艺,着重研究了光扩散膜的光匀化机理、不同微结构膜的光扩散效果和透过效率,分析了其在LED照明产业中的技术状况及应用趋势。指出,解决和掌握光扩散膜制作和产业化应用的核心技术,是推动我国LED照明市场快速发展的关键。
LED is now wildly utilized in illumination area with the advantage of high energy efficiency, low pollution and long service life. The diffusion film technology is invented to meet both the requirement of lighting efficiency and beam shape. To begin with, this paper reviews the recent development of LED industry, presents the principle and technical feature of light diffusion film. Then it focuses on the homogeneity mechanism of the light diffusion films and the light diffusion and transparence effect with different microstructure. Finally the author analyzes the future of diffusion film in LED application. In the end, it is pointed out that the diffusion film technology is the key driver of the development of LED illumination in our country.
