摘要 文章结合工程实际,在运用ABAQUS软件对海底管道进行应力和涡流激振悬跨分析的基础上,提出了海底管道悬空隐患不停输治理方案(悬跨段管道路由修正设计→悬空段碎石回填→水力喷射挖沟→管道检测→应力复核),并在工程中实施,治理施工完成后的管道应力复核计算结果表明,外管应力最大为100.4 MPa,内管最大弯曲应力为72.3 MPa,混输管道外管修正后的应力满足了规范要求。 Based on the application of the software ABAQUS to analyze the stress and vertex-incited vibration of a suspension submarine pipeline section,the treatment scheme for the suspension section under nonstop transportation condition is brought forward.The treatment procedure is as follows: pipeline route readjustment design,rubble refilling at the section,trenching with hydraulic jetting,pipeline inspection and stress checkup.The treatment scheme is put into engineering practice,the maximum external pipe stress at the treated pipeline suspension section is 100.4 MPa,and the maximum internal pipe bending stress is 72.3 MPa,both satisfy related standard requirements.
