针药并用治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation on Acupuncture-moxibustion for Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的评价针药并用对强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者的临床疗效。方法将70例符合诊断标准的AS患者随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例),对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶加双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊口服,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用针刺加火灸治疗。采用中医证候疗效判定进行前后对比研究。结果治疗组临床缓解率、总有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合药物治疗可改善AS患者的临床证候,提高生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect ofacupuncture-moxibustion in treating ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Method Seventy patients with AS conformed to the diagnostic criteria were randomized into a treatment group （n=35） and a control group （n=35）. The control group was intervened by sulfasalazine and diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsule; the treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus fire-moxibustion in addition to the treatment given to the control group. The comparison was conducted by using the effect evaluation of syndrome manifestations of traditional Chinese medicine. Result The clinical remission rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus fire-moxibustion improves the clinical manifestations and the life quality of AS patients.
