北京市丰台区2010-2011年感染性腹泻致病菌监测分析 被引量:14

Surveillance on Pathogenic Bacteria of Infectious Diarrhea in Fengtai District of Beijing from 2010 to 2011

摘要 目的了解丰台区感染性腹泻细菌性病原谱和流行特征,为本地区细菌性腹泻防治提供依据。方法收集2010-2011年4-12月丰台区4家哨点医院肠道门诊腹泻患者的粪便标本675份,按照WS287-2008、WS/T9-1996、GB17012-1997和WS289-2008进行沙门菌、志贺菌、副溶血性弧菌、非O1、O139群霍乱弧菌4种常见肠道致病菌的检测,并分析其流行特征。结果从收集到的675份标本中共分离到196株致病菌,阳性率为29.04%。阳性菌中居首位的是副溶血性弧菌,占40.31%(39/196),其次为志贺菌,占18.37%(36/196)。检出的志贺菌以宋内志贺菌为优势血清型。病原菌的检出具有明显的季节性,6-9月份检出率较高。不同年龄组之间检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),性别间检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丰台区细菌性腹泻病原主要以副溶血性弧菌为主,应有针对性的主动加强监测,尤其是高发季节。 Objective To understand the pathogens distribution and epidemic situation of infectious diarrhea in Fengtai District,and to offer the reference for prevention and clinical treatment of infections diseases.Methods According to WS287-2008,WS/T9-1996,GB17012-1997 and WS289-2008,Salmonella,Shigella,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,and non-O1,non-O139 Vibrio cholerae were detected in 675 stool samples collected from diarrhea patients of 4 sentinel hospitals in Fengtai District from April to December in 2010 and 2011.The epidemic features of infectious diarrhea were analyzed.Results Totally 196 strains of pathogens were isolated from 675 stool samples,with the positive rate of 29.04%.Among the positive bacteria,Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the predominant pathogen(40.31%,39/196),followed by Shigella(18.37%,36/196).The detection rates showed notable seasonal variation,with a peak from June to September.There were statistically significant differences in the detection rates among different age groups(P〈0.05),but no statistically significant difference was found in the detection rates between males and females(P〈0.05).Conclusions The most frequent pathogenic bacterium causing infectious diarrhea in Fengtai District was Vibrio parahaemolyticus.It is necessary to strengthen active and targeted surveillance,especially in summer and autumn.
