摘要 目的探讨逆转录环介导等温扩增(reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification,RT-LAMP)方法在血液丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)筛检中的应用价值。方法利用RT-LAMP法和ELISA法分别对450份血液标本进行HCV检测。结果 RT-LAMP方法检出3份HCV RNA阳性,加荧光染料(SYBR Green I)染色后进行结果判定;ELISA法检出2份抗HCV阳性标本;RT-LAMP法相比ELISA法检出率更高。结论 RT-LAMP法有应用于血液筛检HCV RNA的潜力。 Objective To evaluate the application value of reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification(RT-LAMP) assay in blood hepatitis C virus(HCV) screening.Methods Four hundred and fifty specimens of blood were detected for HCV by RT-LAMP assay and ELISA.Results After RT-LAMP reaction,positive results were observed by SYBR Green I staining in three specimens of blood,while only two positive specimens were detected by ELISA.The detection rate of RT-LAMP assay for HCV RNA is higher than that of ELISA.Conclusions The RT-LAMP assay is a promising approach for blood HCV RNA screening.
