摘要
主要介绍了90mm Z2CN19.10(控氮)不锈钢封头热压及热处理的主要过程,通过对这些过程中各项参数的控制,使不锈钢板经两次加热后未产生晶粒粗大和性能下降现象,确保封头母材在成形前和成形后的各项性能指标未发生偏差。
It has introduced the press and heat treatment process of the 90mm Z2CN19.10 （ nitrogen control ） stainless steel head in the paper. Based on controlling all kinds of parameters in the process and twice heat treatments, no crystal grain growth and performance degradation will occur in the SS plate for head so as to ensure the all the performance of the head base metal has no deviation and meets the standard requirement before and after forming.
