摘要
闪蒸器是废热回收系统中的重要设备,闪蒸器的工作介质是余热废水。在工作压力下,闪蒸器对余热废水进行了汽水分离,得到饱和蒸汽和饱和水。在闪蒸器的设计中,需要考虑多项设计参数,其容积的选择是关键。以某电厂的设备参数为例,对闪蒸器的直径和容积进行了计算,同时,还对闪蒸器的喷嘴、汽水分离装置等关键部件的参数进行了计算,并简单介绍了闪蒸器的安装、调试、运行和维护等方面的情况。
Flash evaporator is an important equipment in the waste heat recovery system The working mediun of flash evaporator is waste-heated wastewater and under work pressure, the moisture and water in the waste-heated wastewater are separated by the flash evaporator and then the saturated steam and saturated water have been obtained. A numher of design paramneters must be considered in the design of flash evaporator and the volume selection of the evaporator is the key point. Taking the example of the parameters of an equipment in a power plant, the diameter and voltrne of the flash evaporator are calculated and meanwhile, the paramters of the key cmlxments like nozzle and moisture separator device are also calculated. The installation, eormissioning, operation and rnaintenance of the flash evaporator have also briefly been introduced in the paper.
