浅述凝汽器的工地就位方案

摘要 凝汽器的体积较大,在国内建造的传统模式中,常将凝汽器的散件发运到工地进行总装,这样可减少运输及工地吊装就位的难度。目前,特别在国外的电站项目中,常有将凝汽器总装后交货的模式,为此,凝汽器在工地就位的难度增大,也不能采用常规吊装方法,施工时也缺乏相关经验。现以巴西PECEM火电厂360MW机组凝汽器的工地就位方案为例,介绍整装交货凝汽器在工地就位的施工方法,旨在为整台凝汽器在工地的吊装施工提供参考。 In the traditional model of domestic construction, the condenser parts components are usually shipped to the working site for final assembly, which will reduce the difficulty of transportation and site lifting & positioning. Now, especially in the oversea power generation projects, the condenser is often delivered after final assembly. Therefore, the difficulty of the condenser positioning at the site will increase, the conventional lifting way cannot be adopted and the construction experiences can not be gathered enough. Now taking the position schedule of 360 MW Unit Condenser in Brazil PECEM Thermal Power Plant as the example, the construction method of the final assembled condenser at site position has been introduced in the paper in order to provide the reference for condenser liftin construction at site.
