摘要 某电厂除渣系统原设计方案采用水力除渣方式,为简化除灰系统,实现节能降耗,采用了钢带机干式除渣技术,对除渣系统进行改造。根据干除渣技术的原理,分析了改造后对锅炉运行经济性的影响,并对系统的自动控制进行优化,调整了运行参数,提高了锅炉运行的经济性。 The original scheme of slag disposal system for a power plant was hydraulic one. In order to simplify slag removal system and save power, the steel band dry conveyer system is adopted and the original slag disposal system is reformed. According to the principle of dry slag disposal technology, we have analyzed the influence of the operational economy of the boiler after slag disposal system improvement, optimized the automatic control system, adjusted the operational parameters and increased the operational economy of the boiler.
