摘要
安全阀是保证机组及压力容器安全运行的主要设备之一,弹簧式安全阀在长期运行或维护过程中,易因温差应力变化、检修、研磨等因素造成误差积累,进而引发定值压力偏差、泄漏、卡涩等缺陷。通过对弹簧式安全阀拆装过程中应测量数据的分析,阐述了其工作原理,并说明了数据超标时易导致的缺陷及需采取的处理措施。通过建立安全阀的关键数据库,可有效保证检修质量,消除检修时误差积累,并对弹簧式安全阀的可靠性进行趋势分析,做好预防性维修工作。
The safety valve is one of the major equipment to ensure the safe operation of power unit and pressure vessels. Spring-loaded safety valve is easily caused with fixed value pressure deviation, leakage, jams and other defects due to thermal stress change, repair, grinding and other factors in the process of long-term operation or maintenance. The working theory has been elaborated and the defects caused by excessive data and the measures to be taken have been described in the paper through the analysis on the data to be measured in the process of spring-loaded safety valve disassembly. Based on the setting up key database of safety valves, the effective maintenance quality is ensured, the error accumulation occurred in the maintenance is eliminated and the reliability of the spring-loaded safety valve is analyzed so as to carry out preventive maintenance.
