摘要 廉价的无纺布为基膜,采用抗坏血酸还原法制备了Ag/TiO2-PVA复合膜,研究Ag/TiO2-PVA复合膜膜生物反应器的膜组件的抗污染性能和处理性能。结果表明,Ag/TiO2-PVA复合膜能明显降低跨膜压力和膜污染阻力,提高膜通量,特别是对滤饼层表现出很好的抑制作用,显示出较好的抗污染性能,但是也导致出水浊度增加。Ag/TiO2-PVA复合膜还显示出一定的光催化性能,其出水CODcr值低于对照组。 In this research paper, low cost non-woven fabric was used as base membrane and Ag/TiO2-PVA composite membrane was prepared using ascorbic acid reduction method. Anti fouling and wastewater treatment performances of membrane module of Ag/TiO2- PVA composite membrane bioreactor were studies. The results showed that Ag/TiO2-PVA composite membrane could obviously re- duce the transmembrane pressure and membrane fouling resistance, and improve membrane flux. Especially, there were very good in- hibition to fiber cake layer and good anti fouling performance. But effluent turbidity was increased. Ag/TiO2-PVA composite mem- brane had also some photocatalytic property. The CODcr values of effluent were lower than those of the control group.
